Dressed Salmon

Dressed salmon makes a fantastic centrepiece for your buffet.

We gently poach the whole salmon with herbs and lemon & season lightly. The skin is carefully removed to expose the flesh and decorated .

A boneless salmon fillet can be cooked & dressed in the same way and is ideal for a smaller functions.

Please note that we will endeavour to supply as close to the specified weight as requested .

Whole  Salmon is graded between weights as shown below and therefore subject to the weight of the fish supplied.
